We are a Scouts BSA troop of girls and are accepting new members age 11 to 17. We are a scout-led troop with a goal to seek high-adventure, serve our community, and live by the Scout Oath and Scout Law. We camp one weekend a month around the mid-Atlantic region and a week-long residential summer camp. Our recent adventures include hiking, backpacking, kayaking, biking, rafting, pioneering, and klondike. Future adventures include repelling, ropes-course, horseback, orienteering, and canoeing. We meet every Sunday night at 5:30 (unless we were camping that weekend!!). The troop was able to compete and had a great weekend of scout skills and fireside chats. They prepped a great meal of Turkey legs, Rosemary bread and Baked apples.
